Sweaty AMRAP

This is a  fun and sweaty AMRAP (As many reps as possible). Its a self paced workout using a Medicine ball / Kettlebell and your bodyweight. I split the exercises into Beginner and Advanced so choose the level that suits your fitness level.. This one can burn up to 400 cal in 25 minutes.

Beginners Advanced
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Wood Choppers
  • 15 Push-ups (knee)
  • 15 High Knees (Double Count)
  • 10 Static Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 2 Flights of Stairs (2x 50m Sprints)
  • 20 Squats Presses
  • 20 Wood Choppers
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 15 Mountain Climbers (Double Count)
  • 10 Jump Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 4 Flights of Stairs (4x 50m Sprints)

 

Abs / Core
  • 15 Crunches / Sit-Ups
  • 10 Plank Rotations
  • 5 Lower leg raises
